Refund policy

RETURNS
At Wears My Cap, we want you to love your purchase! However, if you are not completely satisfied with our product, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and we will let you know if the refund was approved. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your original method of payment. To be eligible for a refund the cap must be in brand-new condition with no signs of extreme adventures or accidental dips in the ocean. To start a return, contact us at support@wearsmycap.com.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
