The Jamaican phrase “Irie Mon” comes from Rastafarian culture and Caribbean English, where irie means “good,” “peaceful,” or “alright.” Rooted in Jamaican Patois, it reflects a deep sense of well-being, positivity, and harmony with life. The word mon simply means “man” or “person,” a common term of address in Jamaica.
